Six Flagship Solutions That Create Lasting Impact

Solid Foundation Certification (SFC)
Solid Foundation Certification is a proprietary, mindset-first initiative to change the self-development of Black males ages 12–26. This certification addresses self-efficacy, the value of a life, entrepreneurship, environmental trauma extraction, civic engagement, merchandising, consequences and conflict resolution, and financial literacy. The pilot is built on data showing that personal development must come before soft or hard skills for long-term success. It is tailored for individuals in high-crime communities; those with incarcerated family members; students (middle school, high school, college); dropouts; individuals involved in street life or gangs; and those aspiring to make money, gain fame, and be their own boss.
- Impact: Building resilient leaders who value themselves, their families, and their futures.

Eatz and Learn (E&L)
Eatz & Learn™ is a household-first program that turns one family dinner a week into measurable progress one household at a time. Families receive staple food variety paks and follow a 30–45 minute cooking show that weaves reading, math, and life skills into each meal. Parents complete simple micro-wins homework checks, bedtime routines, and messages to teachers to build consistent habits. Education improves as reading and math scores rise, absences fall, and parent–teacher engagement strengthens. Health advances with more nutritious meals, healthier cooking habits, and lower rates of nutrition-related illness. Community stability grows through calmer evenings, reduced youth violence, and increased family–school trust. Delivered through participating shopping partners, Eatz & Learn™ helps families, schools, and neighborhoods grow stronger from the kitchen table out.
- Impact: Raising reading proficiency and strengthening households while nourishing entire communities.

Standing On Business (SoB)
Standing On Business is a movement designed to empower Black males with tools for entrepreneurship and financial freedom. Built on the belief that there are “a million paths to prosperity,” this solution provides pathways for business ownership, wealth creation, and economic independence. It is both a mindset and a strategy for communities that have been historically locked out of opportunity.
- Impact: Transforming survival-driven mindsets into prosperity-driven enterprises.

Becoming The Best Dad (BTBD)
Becoming The Best Dad equips fathers with tools and resources to strengthen families, rebuild trust, and reduce cycles of violence. Initiatives like the Father-Daughter Dance in correctional facilities reconnect incarcerated fathers with their children, restoring hope and accountability. This solution tackles absentee fatherhood head-on, recognizing that strong families are the cornerstone of safe, thriving communities.
- Impact: Healing households and reducing violence through responsible, engaged fatherhood.

CIH Media Group
CIH Media Group is the storytelling engine of Bruce C. Carter’s ecosystem. It offers media production, branding, and public relations services for entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and campaigns. From podcasts and documentaries to digital marketing, CIH Media ensures that solution-driven initiatives get the visibility and credibility they deserve.
- Impact: Shaping narratives that influence culture, policy, and public opinion toward lasting solutions.

Black DOGE USA
Black DOGE USA—a real local-government accountability effort that investigates fraud, waste, and abuse, advances budget transparency, and drives recovery and reform so taxpayer dollars actually serve communities. Its three divisions—Investigation, Research & Analysis, and Advocacy—work to follow the money, expose mismanagement, and recover lost resources. By advancing budget transparency, contract oversight, and system reform, Black DOGE USA ensures taxpayer dollars are reinvested into critical community priorities such as veterans, seniors, youth, and public safety.
- Impact: Protecting communities by holding governments accountable and redirecting resources to where they matter most.
The Four-Pillar Research Framework
These solutions are informed by Bruce’s doctoral research examining four co-equal pillars for reducing violence among Black males ages 12-26:
- SFC (Solid Foundation Certification) – Personal development and mindset
- SoB (Standing on Business) – Economic agency and entrepreneurship
- E&L (Eatz & Learn) – Household routines and positive media
- BTBD (Becoming The Best Dad) – Father engagement and family stability
