Empowering Communities Through Evidence-Based Solutions

Entrepreneur, Business Coach, Solutionist

Bruce C. Carter is a nationally recognized entrepreneur, business coach, and solutionist dedicated to transforming underserved communities through innovation, accountability, and empowerment. With a Bachelor of Arts from Iowa Wesleyan College, where he was a two-time All-American collegiate football player, and a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Texas Seminary Christian University, Carter blends faith, strategy, and real-world experience to address some of America’s toughest challenges.

He is the founder of several groundbreaking initiatives, including the Solid Foundation Certification, Eatz and Learn, Standing On Business, Becoming The Best Dad, CIH Media Group, and Black DOGE USA—a real local-government accountability effort that investigates fraud, waste, and abuse, advances budget transparency, and drives recovery and reform so taxpayer dollars actually serve communities.

Whether mentoring entrepreneurs, developing business strategies, or building bridges between families and institutions, Bruce Carter has one mission: empowering people to thrive by standing on business, not excuses. His favorite quote is: “I live by faith and favor, and no one outworks or out serves me.”

A Solution-Builder Like No Other

For nearly two decades, Carter has invested his life, resources, and expertise into creating sustainable pathways that tackle America’s toughest social issues—violence, illiteracy, non-active fathers, and low self-esteem. His approach is bold: stop creating “programs” that expire and start developing solutions that last.

Carter is completing his doctoral dissertation: “WHO REALLY CARES? Examining Violence, Non-Active Fathers, and Low Self-Esteem as Agents of Constructive Genocide Among Black Males in America”—a four-pillar, household-first strategy focused on the I-94 Corridor that will be defended on November 9, 2025.
