DOCTORAL DISSERTATION DEFENSE
WHO REALLY CARES?
Bruce C. Carter is completing his doctoral journey with a public dissertation defense that challenges everything we think we know about reducing violence and strengthening communities. After four years of rigorous research along the I-94 corridor, he presents evidence-based findings that could transform how America approaches its most persistent social challenges.
Dissertation Title: “Examining Violence, Non-Active Fathers, and Low Self-Esteem as Agents of Constructive Genocide Among Black Males in America”
The Four-Pillar Strategy: This research introduces a household-first approach using four co-equal interventions—Solid Foundation Certification, Standing On Business, Eatz & Learn, and Becoming The Best Dad—designed to address root causes rather than symptoms.
A Solution-Builder Like No Other
For nearly two decades, Carter has invested his life, resources, and expertise into creating sustainable pathways that tackle America’s toughest social issues—violence, illiteracy, non-active fathers, and low self-esteem. His approach is bold: stop creating “programs” that expire and start developing solutions that last.
Carter is completing his doctoral dissertation: “WHO REALLY CARES? Examining Violence, Non-Active Fathers, and Low Self-Esteem as Agents of Constructive Genocide Among Black Males in America”—a four-pillar, household-first strategy focused on the I-94 Corridor that will be defended on November 15, 2025.
